Tiffani Mensch, Chief Capacity Building Officer

Tiffani Mensch leads the Alliance for Better Nonprofits and was one of the first staff members hired at ABN during our startup phase in 2015. With a career spanning almost two decades in the nonprofit sector, Tiffani is passionate about helping organizations achieve greater mission impact. Originally from New York, Tiffani is proud to call Knoxville home for the past 12 years. She volunteers and sits on the boards for several nonprofits and is a graduate of  the Consortium for Social Enterprise Effectiveness (CSEE) at the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business. Jeanna Beck, Director of Consulting

Jeanna Beck coordinates and provides customized, expert services to nonprofit organizations to help them improve their overall performance. Jeanna has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, including board and staff development, fundraising, event planning, capacity building, strategic planning, community organizing, and crisis intervention. Jeanna spent the last decade working in the housing and homelessness sector, and prior to that she worked in health and human services, juvenile probation and reunification, and higher education. Originally from Ohio, Jeanna quickly established her home here after receiving her Psychology degree at Maryville College and falling in love with the East TN mountains. Lindsey Jaremko, Director of Partnerships

Lindsey Jaremko oversees our members and partnerships at ABN. She comes to us from California, where she worked in film production and volunteered with CASA of Los Angeles. Lindsey recently earned an MSSW from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in macro social work concentrated in organizational leadership and community organizing. Samantha Kimbro, Director of Community Programs

Sam Kimbro manages the educational training and cohort programs at ABN, working with both nonprofit professionals and subject matter experts to empower our nonprofit community. She was born and raised in Knoxville, but briefly lived in Boston while getting her degree in film and television at Boston University. She has over a decade of nonprofit experience from her time at ABN, United Way of Greater Knoxville, East Tennessee Foundation, and community radio station WDVX.
